Ok guys update and found the problem. So read diagrams but could not find a problem everything looks good, well last thing to try is the multi-switch. Didnt even get a chance buy the multimeter yet. I started to pull cover from steering column to check the multi-switch and started to unscrew...- robby

Thank you all for replies, my bad its a 1999 ford expedition v8 4.6L XLT. I don't have a volt meter so I'd have to purchase one and about reading a diagram i can figure it out more or less. If you can put up diagrams and as soon as i get volt meter I'll reply back with results. Appreciated very...- robby
