So I am very confused !! So is there anybody out there that can positively say that the front driveshafts DO NOT SPIN IN 2WD. Also am I or is Alldata wrong???? Does the front IWE have to have vacuum to be engaged or disengaged- rocketvette95

05 3v spark plugs and gap
those plugs are gapped at the factory. You should have no reason to set the gap. And as for plugs,I prefer to stick with Motorcraft , but it is up to each owner on what they want to use- rocketvette95

Sounds like you have a bad connection. I would do like Moemantha and double check your connections at the battery. Did you take any connections loose when you changed the plugs?- rocketvette95

No high or low range with the switch
I have been tapping the motor itself,not where the gear is and not the transfer case, just the motor. I tapped on it Friday as I was changing oil and that afternoon NO HI or LO. The part that floors me is that I can put it in A4WD and spin the rear the front locks in like it is suppose too.- rocketvette95

Rattling Noise from Driver-Side Door
Yes I had the same noise on the Passenger door. I took and adjusted the black striker on the B-pillar,just a little in and up. That fixed two problems. The squeak is gone,and now my door lines up perfectly. I can't stand a noise that had that sound,like finger nails on a chalk board- rocketvette95

What fuel pump are you guys going with?
Well you can always make phone calls to see if there is another shop that will do the labor. I think you can buy a Motorcraft fuel filter from O'reilys for $12.00 so I would look for that locally. Money is hard to come by these days so if you can save $5.00's here and $10.00's there it adds up...- rocketvette95

28 gallon gas tank
It states in the manual that you have to drive about 500 miles before the distance to empty and the fuel gauge will be sorta close. I have been about 350-380 miles before I find a gas station.
