grinding/clanking noise when truck is in reverse
Dear clan, Need some help... when truck is in reverse with 4 wd on it makes this awful grinding cranking noise. sounds like the brake is stuck though it moves fine. just started yesterday with snow in denver. have not had this problem before. thanks, s- Sawyer

Dials going nuts at certain road intersection
Okay an update on the console alien.... today I drove through the same intersection I mentioned before and all the dials on the console went flat. They did not come back up and the radio went off. The engine is fine. The windows do not work now either or the reading lights. Headlights work...- Sawyer

Cracked my bloody windshield !!!
ya, my windshield has a little crack in it and they said they would fix it for 50 bucks if it was under the size of a dollar bill. Too bad I don't have a dollar to check that! Allstate will get new windshield for me if I pay 250 dollar deductible. WTF! I can get a new windshield online...- Sawyer

tires and wheels?
How about some recommendations on tire and wheel brands? I have the nationals on now, hate them. I had BFG AT on my Rodeo, loved them, but are they too loud on the EXPY? Door unlocking after locked a ghost?
Anyone ever have any trouble with the expy doors unlocking after locked? Very spooky thing. I lock the doors from the inside, truck is running or not , in Park, and immediately they unlock. It is just the driver's side that unlocks. Maybe it is in the programming. When I use the remote the... -

Is this still the catalytic converter? Truck is running fine although Service Engine Soon light comes again after reading codes and driving about 100 miles, or two days. Is it okay to take this truck on a family trip, driving 800 miles one way? -

sorry I said o2 sensor was replaced in feb 2006, I meant feb 2007, yes just two months ago, the cat was replaced in October 2006. I ran the code (P0430) on Monday and the SES light went off! Now it went back on this morning ; (service engine soon light), should I put the reader on it again...- Sawyer
