what brands of oil ???
Oil filter should be changed every oil change for preventative measure, as for the Motorcraft synthetic blend you can't go wrong, my Ford Expy Manual recommends oil changed every 7.5k under normal driving. By the time you hit another 150k miles I'd imagine other things breaking down on the Expy...- segiterrus

'03 122K Ford Expy EddB, I've been Mobil1 due to the fact that it makes it a hell lot easier to start Winter when it's 10 below in Nebraska and at 5 Bucks a quart and at 8k interval live couldnt be simpler. Spark Plug not sitting?
I had the 3rd Cylinder re-threaded by my mechanic, costed me 350 bucks in the end. On the birght side the Expy works like a champ.- segiterrus

Trucks just a tad bit over 121k, I use Mobil 1 Extended Performance, runs about 26 for 5 quarts at Wal-Mart- segiterrus

Spark Plug not sitting?
I have a 2003 Ford Expy, with the all powerful 5.4L V8 w/ 121k miles About a 2 weeks ago my 3rd Cylinder started to misfire so replaced the plug with new ones, about 10 miles later I heard a loud sound comming from the block, something like a spark plug trying to fire from the block, so i check...- segiterrus
