    It is NOT because it’s an Eddie Bauer lol. I put a Dorman one in my driver door and had to fiddle with it to have everything line up, but it did and fit pretty decent. Works great also.

    Are you sure you turned the ignition fully to “on” and back to off 8 full cycles? You also have to make sure you don’t do it TOO fast. And make sure you leave it in run the last one so it’s more like 7.5 cycles

    The tube terminates behind a metal panel near the wheel well under the truck. There is no direct line of sight to check it visually, I would try one of the methods above.
