2022 Expedition Timberline just delivered a few days ago. (ordered 10 months ago)
I have never put Mud Flaps on a vehicle before, but doing a lot of protection stuff with this SUV.
(Waiting on 'expensive' clear bra and professional liquid coating treatment now from a business down the street...
How easy was it to 'wrap' the orange line? Or did you pay someone $140 to do that?
I was thinking about masking off the whole front end and spraying the orange line with Plastidip, but wrapping sounds cleaner.
(I have zero experience with Plastidip or wrapping.)
Somehow... that orange line has...
Those tires sure do look good on your truck, and the wheel color/contrast is great, and... I have read that many prefer those BFG tires to Duratracs. My main concern is snow traction because of where I live, and though I am sure most big giant knobby tires should do reasonably well, there seems...
Regarding noise levels of Duratracs... Fortunately, I rarely need to drive on highways, and when I do, I drive quite slow anyway. Even though I am something of an audio engineer in my work, I am not the best to review the noise levels of Duratracs.
My 22 year old Expedition is not as well...
My Timberline Expedition is supposed to be built this month (low confidence),
and I have been pleased with Duratracs on my 2000 Expedition in the mountainous and snowy environment I live in.
It may be too soon for someone to have figured this out...
but does anyone know what size Duratracs are...
Well... if I can find a good tutorial on how to cut out and replace the unacceptable seat covers of a 2022 Timberline, and if I decide to gamble on the new wizbang technology that doesn't work as good as the 22 year old technology in my current Expedition...
I guess I will just hope I can...

PS: Have you thought about aftermarket seat covers in the color of your choice?

Has anyone ever super glued seat covers on top of original leather, so they don't shift or move around unpleasantly?
How did that work out?

"More concerning is your assertion that you will be looking at the interior for 15 years or more. I don’t think this is a vehicle you should be planning on having that long of a relationship with. Not that you couldnt keep it that long,… but I think you will be spending major dollars...
I won't be choosy. Simple is best, but if they want to maintain some sort of design consistency, the orangey reddish tangerine stripes will be tolerable. :-)
Yes, I know some people may love the green. Good for you. :-)
However, I also know Ford CANNOT force a person buying an $80,000 work/recreation/transport vehicle to accept green as the only interior color option (even though it seems that way in their Builder Tool).
Since I KNOW they ARE NOT and...
New Discoveries.
That Stealth 304A (Highest Level Stealth Package) in the video referenced above by rd618 (which clearly shows there to be no eye-tracking IR cameras for BlueCruise) appears to not include the Adaptive Cruise Control (according to Order Guide) mentioned by Ford's Mr. Gubing as...
I have spent more time than I should searching for this information. Only one reference was found on the entire interweb about Timberline/BlueCruise, from Forbes 'Wheels'.
It seems all the references to the Platinum Edition being the only Expedition version with BlueCruise means that the...
