Yeah, no factory wiring is behind the glove box, but you might have smoke going through there because there are HVAC ducts, heater core, and blend doors behind there. 04 UCA replacement options
I got UCAs from Napa last year and they have been great. I have beat them up a little offroad and they have held up . On road it drives like a new truck. I have heard nothing but bad things about Moog recently, and I have been burned too many times by Oreillys and those big box stores.- Vincent Vega

Major issues
With that many codes, you might have a bad connection in the harness. It is pretty easy to miss a connector when you are doing something like that. I assume the engine you installed is a direct replacement? And yes, check for bad modules, solenoids, and fuses. This will require you to look at...- Vincent Vega

Regear 2013 Expedition
The Raptor, F150, and Gen 3 Expedition are 8.8 inch front differentials with 31 splines, so the Raptor front differential should work for you. Regear 2013 Expedition
Go with 4:10s for 35s. I am not sure why you would need to go to scrap yards because you can get new ring/pinion for 410s from Ford, SVL, or Motive Gear. You can also get LSs, TruTracs (for the rear), and lockers. Either way, good luck and let us know how it goes.- Vincent Vega

BEST OIL FOR 5.4 Tensioners?
That is correct. Also, replacing the timing on a 2V is definitely some work, but is doable. Lots of nuts and bolts. Good chance for you to replace alot of the hoses and the water pump while you are in that deep.- Vincent Vega

My winch bumper build

Fuel pump on a 2008 EL
Definitely good advice. I swap my fuel filter out every 15,000. It is easy to do, costs less than $20, and helps fuel pump last longer. Bilsteins are great, especially if you do any offroading. Motorcraft are actually good too, a little less stiff riding than the Bilsteins, and they last a long time.
