1- does any one else have a 36 gallon tank? All expeditions I came across have 24 gallon tanks mine when empty takes anywhere between 33-35 gallons.

2- the front brake caliper brackets screws (hex head cap screws) everyone seems to have an 8mm hex bolt mine was a retarded 9.5mm or something of that nature. it wasn't a 9mm as it was small and rather loose nor was it a 10 as it wouldn't fit in, I had to take a 10mm and sand the six sides down on a belt sander to get it to work. It wasn't any standard sizes either (5/16, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 9/16 etc.)

3- anyone else have both the 3 pin connector and the 7 pin connector at the same time? Mine has both and they both work but independently not together at once.

4- seat belt unbuckled chime, on mine if I don't buckle up when I start the truck and drive it would beep until I buckle it (normal for all expeditions) but if I take off the belt after I've buckled it, it will not beep again but all it does is illuminate the seat belt light on the cluster for about 30 seconds then it never beeps or light up again, on the work trucks 05 & 06 expys if you take off seat belt mid ride it beeps and blinks about every 60 seconds.

5- my spare tire has a TPMS in it that is active, a while back I got the low air pressure light on the dash and when I filled all the tires up to spec the light remained on (!) so eventually I took it to ford and the service tech came back and told me your spare tire has a 5th TPMS sensor in it and it's active. So he deflated each tire to see which one didn't have a TPMS in it but every tire signaled low air, he was shocked as he's never seen a car with 5 active sensors beside dully trucks, he did some digging and said the TPMS module is only capable of programming 4 sensors wheres the 5th programmed to? Long story short it's still active and I don't know y but anyone else with a 5th active TPMS sensor on their expedition?

The seat belt alarm will on my 03 WILL shut off if I initially buckled after starting the engine up and THEN unbuckled, but the little red seatbelt icon will stay illuminated.

I have the 7 pin heavy duty trailer plug and also a FOUR pin standard plug. I have never heard of a 3 pin, and I have never tried them both at the same time.

My gas tank is about 24 gallons on my 03 Eddie Bauer 4WD
