Hi There, Just bought a 2001 Ford Excursion and we need to install a brake controller. What's the word on good ones right now?

I have a P3 in my silverado. if I had it to do again I would get a DirectLink system if I was logging enough miles. The P3 is about 5 years old and has had zero issues from the freezing north to the sweltering south.

I have one too, and I agree with all of that. Plugged mine in and good to go.
