Hi, I'm interested in trying to find a way to mount a winch behind the Fascia on my 2013 Expedition. I didn't want it hanging off the front end, or a brush bar or anything like that. So when the install is done, all that would be exposed is the Roller Fairlead and the hook. Anybody have any thoughts on this.

It would depend on how much space is available behind the fascia and the size of the winch you want to install. I doubt there is enough room to do that.

Have you been up under the front end to see how much room you have?
Have you pulled the front bumper to get an even better idea what you might be able to do?
What is the winch going to be used for as its main use will determine how big the winch is and how much room you will need?
Have your thought about hiding a 2 inch receiver up front and doing a portable winch? That way you can use it front or back and its only exposed up front when its actually in use.

I am trying to put a Winch on my 2003 Expedition but either the 2003 through 2006s were not popular for that or my Google Foo has failed me because I have found only three solutions:
1) Completely custom built front bumper/winch setup (read expensive).
2) A Ramsey bull nose with a winch plate.
3) Or a Sterling Equipment Grill Guard that has a winch plate and push bars.

I am leaning toward number 3. Number one is way to expensive and number two requires one to use the bull nose company's winches.

One thing my Google Foo did find was an Expedition that did have a really nice custom Brush Guard but he had hidden the winch behind the bumper not using the Brush Guard to mount the winch. His Username was Sand (something), just can't remember it.

Hopefully you have more mounting options then me, at least that make winch bumpers for your model year.

On my Explorer, I had a plate welded between the frame rails just in front of the AC condenser and then cut a hole in my bumper for the cable to pass through. I have a plate bumper on my Explorer that can take the side loads from the winch.
