I really want to set up a true dual exhaust on my EB but I can't seem to find one for the expedition. If one doesn't exist I will at least replace the muffler. I'm wondering what one sounds best on the expedition in your opinion. I'm looking for something loud, but not so loud the cops will pull me over for a noise violation lol. I don't mind a bit of cabin drone, matter of fact I would prefer it to be loud enough that I can hear it inside the cab.

Thanks for the suggestions!

Simple , just remove the muffler and keep the cats. Have a friend with a 14 ram 1500 hemi with a flow master muffler and we sound the exact same. :33:

Yeah... that's ghetto, Flowmasters don't really sound good either, they're a cheap muffler with a cool name.

Luckily for me I have a first gen! I was wondering if maybe I could modify an F150 setup from the downpipes back? Or are they too different to make that practical?

The F150 has a completely different rear suspension and frame, it'll need enough modification to just make it easier to bend it specifically for the Expedition from the start. Any reputable muffler shop should be able to handle it.
