I have a 2009 Expedition and after the last couple of oil changes I have been noticing some "seepage" of engine oil at the back of the oil pan. Does it just need a new oil pan gasket or is it something more lie a rear main seal... this is my first 5.4, my Fords before had old schoolV8's like 5.0L or 5.8L which were known to suffer from seepage. Has anyone changed a oil pan gasket for this reason? is there enough room to change it out without jacking the engine up?
