Looking to buy another expy

hi guys been a while since I have been on here sold my 2003 expo with 4.6 over a year ago. Well I bought a 2005 f150 with 5.4 and have been disappointed since. The 5.4 in this thing is a dog!!! 3v it's the loudest motor I have ever had. Anyway I found a 2003 5.4 I think that they came with 2v that year from what I can find on the web it has 228,*** on it with fresh trans. I think I can get it for around $1500 looks clean in pics but they all do till you get there. My plan is to immediately get the 3-2 lift and transfer my 20x10 moto meatals from the f150 and most of all the other little things radio LEDs etc. any particular thing I need to look for? With the lift how bad is it on the ball joints? I'm on second set of ball joints in this year on the f150 even bought the Moog the first time and they were distroyed in 6 months. Do I need to alige the rear? And do the rear ball joints ware like the front?

The 2003 5.4 is a two valve per cylinder engine.

If you buy one with IRS, I know you have to align all 4 corners. I buy the 5 year alignment package at NTB and don't worry about it. I prefer the IRS because the truck handles better plus has 2 more inches of clearance at the differentials.
