Hey Guys,
I usually just read threads.. but this is my first time sending one..
I have a 2004 ford expedition Eddie Bauer 5.4 with 125,000. Recently I was in mid-drive at 30mph… it was extremely hot night… my ac was on at full fan power (front and back).. and the truck went completely dead while driving… it had no crank…. no power.. no lights, no noises.. no anything…. just dead.. as if the car was parked in the front of my house..
I tried to jump with another car and cables.... still dead.. a few months back a had the battery and cables all replaced.. I also had a remote starter removed that was drawing power.. The truck has been solid since the battery was changed.. its starts up with no problem even if it sat for three weeks.. I feel like the problem is a master fuse or something.. I would appreciate any input..
Thanks,
Frank
