Hey everybody...need a little help. I can't find anybody who has a clue as to what this is heard all sorts of names but none have been right. I just bought the grey front bumper cover for the suv(seen missing in pic #3). When I was getting ready to install I realized it it had nothing to attach to as another part was missing....the plastic piece right above the wheel protecting the engine components. Picture #1 shows how that piece connects to the grey cover piece on the side and #2 shows it ripped (sort of hard to see, & #3 is where it's completely ripped off but where it should connect to the bumper. Pic #5 was what I thought was suppose to be it, not to happy when I received a part as big as my hand. Literally looks like it belongs on a toy car lol. Pic #4 is the same name "inner fender splash shield etc" from rock auto but looks much different....would this be the right piece?? Any help would be much appreciated because I'm stuck until I figure this out. Thanks

Are you sure because that doesn't look like the part that looks like a piece for the fender....I mean this thing is a more or less basically a sheet a plastic that folds in almost a u shape over the wheel. Lost at my picture again then look at this part I just don't see those fitting the same. Is it just the picture?

Do you have a junk yard near you? If yes, call them and ask if they have the part then ask them for the part number so you can cross check it or go have a look at it.

Yes I do. I'll try that only thing I'm worried about is idk the specific name myself and I haven't seemed to find anyone else who has so I feel like it leads me back to square one.

I just figured I'd come across someone on the forum that knows the expedition front to back and would easily be able to identify it

On the left front wheelwell there are two pieces to the wheelwell liner. The main piece is the big one you see that curves around the whole wheelwell ( FO1248120 ), then there is the small piece you see there from Rock Auto ( SKU 2241715 ) and that is a patch piece that's used only on the left side. The right side has a open hole there. So for the left side you need both pieces and several of those 1/4" plastic fasteners to secure it. Who cut up the liner in the first place ? Is it a 4x4 that had big tires on it or something?

well I figured that when I gave you the Fordparts.com link that you would go on that site and look up the information that I gave you and then you can see the parts breakdown
