2003 XLT where to find the Code for the "keyless door pad"

Need help to locate where the keypad module is.... I think that the code should be on a label on that unit...
Dealer wants$50. This is a DIY project.
I can take apart panels....no problem, just want to know where to access this.

The little box above the fusebox behind the passenger side kick panel. It's on a sticker on the box. Just use a flashlight to look up there. It'll be a 5 digit code.

This worked out well for Me, So I owe you a Thank You!!!

Note to all, Before attempting to reach up into this small space with you upper body in a very dangerous Twist... Either Stretch first,... or get someone with a short/small build to do this... My good buddy found this code for me... It was way up on top of the fuse box...
I entered the 5-digit code, and now I can use/re-program another code into my Key-less door pad if needed....
Keep in mind that you can not erase or change the factory code,... but you can program (up to two) of your own codes...

hi guys, i have a 2004, and my code no longer works. as far as i can tell, 1 or 2 buttons are not sensing being pushed. Any idea for a fix?

I just stuck my phone up there and took a bunch of pictures until I got one that showed the code.
