So it showed cam timing has not jumped. Are you sure? Can the scanner check cylinder balance? Most Snap on can. I know it's a lot of work, but Id still pull plugs, do a compression test. You need to know the condition if your engine. We had a member of forum a few months back that did like you, changing a ton of parts only to find he had one dead, and one real low bank!

They should all be even. The lowest should not be more than 10-15 pounds of highest reading. A motor with 200 k plus miles, 9 to 1 compression ratio, at least 140 plus.
