Hey guys I'm new to the forum and had a question. I recently had to change my cluster due to the original from my 2003 XLT took a dump and died. The replacement has mileage from the donor expy. I want to know how to update it with mine without a trip to the stealership?

Thanks in advance...

I was afraid of that... Anyone here work at a dealership and can give a rough estimate on cost of such service?

Well it's been a while since I logged in and went thru emails and noticed ones from here. So here I am. I figured Facebook killed every forum.

My Instrument Cluster on my 2012 just took a dump. I'm also interested in how much cost and pain in the ass this is going to be. Just getting the service department at the dealership to answer the phone or return messages is proving tiresome.

Edit: Finally got in touch with the dealership. $392.71 for the part. Thankfully, it should only be one hour of labor. Woohoo!

I'm not sure which part you need exactly, but you can save $100 by going with Parts.com or Tasca.

One word of caution if you are getting the IC replaced, be sure to check all of the features you have before driving away. The program for the Limited is different from the base model.
