air bags gone when I got the thing... now what??

my 98 had the air bags removed when I got it... has coil springs and shocks only... can I operate safely this way?

Mark that is a common change when the air system is removed. Has been done many times and is well documented here on the forum

Did it myself. Took the bags out last year and put in a conversion kit

Lots of them available on the internet. Got mine at Pep Boys. It was A Monroe Conversion kit for a little over $300. Was trying to find a part number for you but it wasn't on the email I had. Probably better that way anyway because they have a few different options, and you need to make sure you get the right one for your Expy. Took me about 4 hours to put in.

Just curious but why are you looking for a conversion kit.
if the air bags have been removed and it now has coil springs and shocks then the conversion has already been done.
