Rotated the tires, cleaned the insides of the wheels (lots of brake dust) and resprayed the calipers silver.

I assume you're talking about the extra roof rack tie downs. I transferred them over to my Explorer when I put the Eezi-Awn rack on my Expedition. Just slid them in between the cross rails.
Or you're talking about the cargo area tie downs I got from some junkyard Explorers- those I haven't put in yet, but I need to. Soon.

Replaced the headlights with some Lightning style headlights.
The old:
The light output looks better in this picture than in real life:
The new lights are in but not aimed yet.
Darn blurry pic:
The light output is better, even if these pics aren't conclusive.
If nothing else, they look a lot better.
