Just an Idea, Maybe use a wheel offset Spacer for the Rear... It would push out the Rear wheels just enough to clear the caps, and also make the back "stance" wider... only by a 1/2" per side... or whatever size you buy.

I am thinking of putting 315/70 R17 Tires on my Stock 17 wheels... I am thinking of Using Spacers for the Rear just incase wheel/tire clearance becomes an issue.

You'll need to measure to be sure you have the clearance in your fender well. Keep in mind it's like putting on bigger wheels, you will put a load on rear end bearings and gears, but if it works and you have the room, go for it.

I had the same exact issue. Bought some 20" wheels from a 2016 F150 for my '14 Expedition. I took it to a small shop and had the cut cut the extra off ($25 out of pocket) and no problems since, and they look great.

Just have a machine shop do an extension of the center cap with the same material so it could clear the spindle. Then have it electroplated. Nobody would notice the difference.
