I have a 1998 Expedition, Eddie Bauer, 4X4, 5.4L Triton. My AC is not cold. It is blowing cooler than outside air but not cold. My Freon is in the good mark, not low, not high. My compressor is kicking in and working fine. Also, when I put on the heat it blows warm but not hot. What could possibly be the problem?

Until you get a good set of gauges on your ac system and determine the high and low side pressures you can not tell if your compressor is still working correctly. There are quite a bit of "could be's" that will cause a system to fail.
There a plethora of threads on here about lack of heat and the causes. All you need to do is search.
We can't give you an accurate diagnosis until we have the "facts" of/on your system. Similar to going to the doctor and saying I feel bad, what is wrong with me? They can't give you an accurate diagnosis without knowing the facts on your body at that point.
