You can just use a scan tool with capabilities of talking to the VSM (vehicle security module) such as a Launch, ect, and get the factory code that way.

You can not actually reset the code as the original code will always work But you can change the code using a recommended procedure which is in the owners manual If you don't have a owners manual you can download a copy at
