We are about to head out on a 1200 mile trip and I want to make sure all of the bolts on the receiver on my 2008 Expy are good and tight. I've never checked them and thought it might me a good idea before taking off.

Does anyone know what the correct ft./lbs. are for torquing down the bolts? I have searched google and can't come up with a figure. It's a class IV receiver that I'm pretty sure was factory installed.. although, I'm not positive.

TIA,
Eric

I don't have the manual for the 08 year however checking the specs on the 07 and 09 years it calls for 129 ft/lbs for the bolts that go thru the frame from drivers side to passenger side and 203 ft/lbs for the bolts that mount face up

hope that helps

let me know if you understand if not I will see if I can copy and post a pic of the print
