Has anyone had success replacing the front leather seat base cover on a 2003 EB? Mine is dried out, cracked and has a hole in it. I would also like to replace the cushion too. Any reasonable supply sources out there for this?

Thanks!

PS. What is the fuse number for the rear vent windows. Thanks again!

You can find the seat cover and the OEM foam on ebay, it's pricey though. I'm not sure if an upholstery shop could do it cheaper but it's worth a try.

If your rear window problem is only one sided like mine was, try lightly tapping on window arm. I used a soft rubber hammer on mine. Mine started working again on my 2000 expy. As for the fuse, I looked in my owners book, if yours is the same as year 2000, it's a 30amp fuse number 601. Located under hood fuse box. Midway on fuse panel theirs two 30 amp fuses side by side. Yours is one on left. That's supposedly where mine is, see if yours is the same. Check both sides of fuse for 12 volts. Keep us posted. Pull panel down check switches for power/ continuity also, if other things don't get them going.

I got a quote from an upolstery shop last year; $350 to have one seat done. The seat cover option is looking better now, even though it a shame to cover nice leather.

I used the seat shop. The best price and if you do the foam option they have a foam that is a 1000 times better then stock. Basically about 5 years ago, I started to vacuum up fine yellow crumbs. This was seat foam that was degrading and being forced out each time I entered and exited the Truck. The leather is as good or better then factory and matches perfectly. The new foam from them is great to sit on.

Local upholster shop redid mine. Matched color exactly; complete seat done for $260.

Mine just developed a small hole near the seam. Timely post!
