Audiophile Harness

I am installing my aftermarket Pioneer screen into my truck and had a quick quetion. For the aftermarket audiophile harness do both amp turn on wires have to be connected or just one? These are the two blue/white wires on the same plug as the rca plugs for the sub. I have a 07 Limited with the audiophile system.

I connected both wires to the 1 in the harness. I also used the voltage regulator in line that knocks down the 12v power on to 5v

thanks. I do have the regulator to wire in. now to just do it
