Like I said not much to see but you can see the orange rubber. You can see the the plate that is connected to it. It goes between the transmission and the transmission mount held in by two bolts on the outside of the plate that you uploaded. You can see the driver side bolt in this pic. I did lie, only two bolts hold it in. But like I said it is impossible for that thing to just fall out.

Oh wow that's crazy yeah I see what you mean and think I know why it fell out them two bolts are completely missing that held it in you are awesome ty again so much

Welcome... Your transmission mount isn't connected then. I don't know IF you could get it out with out dropping the cross member or not. The cross member inst hard to remove. the top bolt on the pass side wouldn't come out on mine. A stainless line of some sort was in the way. I think it was an ac line. the bolt comes out far enough to get the the cross member out but the bolt is just stuck in the frame. You will need a 15mm, 18mm box ends and 15mm,18mm sockets. i suggest using a breaker bar to get them off if you have one. Its just easier. Takes some fanangleing because its tight in there but an easy job. Did the bolts rot off or fall out?
