Dan one last easy thing you can try before replacing booster. Try another booster check valve. Their cheap enough to buy, and easy to replace. It's worth a try before you swap out booster.

Thanks for all the input, you have been a great help. I agree, new booster. Now have to get it here. Will start checking. thanks again and will let you know what happens. Owe you a few or more beers

Just cracked the first one. Yeah I guess where you live, parts are a little tough to come by. Me I have an Oreillys 3/4 block away, and Serramonte Ford about 1 mile.
