I have a 2015 Expedition EL XLT with heated and cooled leather seats. The heat no longer works on either front seat, although the indicator switch shows they are on. The fuses are fine for each. I believe they both stopped working at the same time. Any ideas on what the problem is?

There was a service bulletin posted on here about heated seat not working. It has something to do with the ground and or terminal that has a burned wire in one of the modules under the front seats. Do a search on here you will find it.
Thanks for the info, but I haven't found any service bulletins on the heated seats. Today the cooling on the seats actually worked for about 10 seconds, then I went to try the heat on the seats and it didn't work. Then the cooling didn't work on the seat either. Sure seems like an electrical connection somewhere is intermittent - where, oh where could it be?
Okay John, I'm going to give you a bunch of links. Your 15 should still be under warranty if you are under 36,000 miles. If not, watch this video, it will give you some insight. I believe they are still using the same module on your vehicle.

I recently purchased a 2015 Limited. I can confirm that the single ground defect still exists in the 2015 despite a TSB That predates that. My heated seats stopped working this weekend and when I pulled the DSCM, the plug was burned at the single ground pin. I am a little concerned that Ford isn't incorporating their fixes into their newer model years. So far, this thing has been a piece of junk - I've had it less than 2 months and already want to get rid of it.
