So I tried this and I got no change... Still have to hold it up the entire way.
Check the manual and it says One Click Up is available IF equipped which im assume mine originally was being a Limited with every option.
Soooo what now...?

Hey guys, don't know if anyone is having issues still but learned this from being Jaguar salesmen back when they were very Ford related, and my own Expedition...

Haven't seen anyone explain it this way-
All limited Expeditions have 1 touch down AND up feature. It occasionally can get "confused" and dump the memory up and down causing you to actually hold the button manually. SO, if this happens, Manually hold down the- down button, and keep holding for another 3-5 seconds until you hear a click. Then do the same thing going up- make sure that you wait for the click, then its re-set for power up and down.

That's it- same thing with a lot of other Ford products- and all Jaguar products..

Hm, It worked on a friends 13' and I would assume/hope that Ford didn't get rid of features even as miniscule as that- however, the did get rid of the hvac controls on the steering wheel after 09 I believe.. Maybe your actual switch is faulty. I was would be curious to see if you could buy a navigator switch and swap it out to have both driver and pass windows operate as such. Dont know if the control would be on the switch or the actual window regulator. I wish I knew a salesman that knew most of the information that we do on here

This is from the 2011 service manual. No idea if it's the same for '14, but it can't hurt to try it if it's not working as expected. FWIW, I have not had to do the de-initialization procedure when the one-touch up stops working.

Window Motor Initialization

NOTE: Initialization is required to learn both the full UP and full DOWN positions and the profile of the glass as it travels through the glass channel. Once initialized, obstacle detection is enabled. This procedure is only required for Navigator (LF and RF) or Expedition (LF only) window motors.

NOTE: The window motor must be initialized whenever: the motor is removed from window regulator drum housing, a new motor is installed, a new window regulator is installed, new window glass is installed, glass top run removal or installation is carried out or when carrying out any operation in which grease or lubricants are applied to the window system. All window components (window glass, window regulator, window motor and glass top run) must be installed and tightened to specification before carrying out this procedure. Refer to the De-Initialization Procedure in this section prior to performing the window motor initialization (unless a new motor is being installed).

NOTE: A new (or de-initialized) LF/RF (Navigator) or LF (Expedition) window motor will not operate in one-touch up mode until initialized. If a new LF/RF window motor has been installed, proceed to the Window Motor Initialization procedure in this section.

NOTE: Excessive bounce-back (window reverses direction with no obstructions present) may indicate that a de-initialization procedure may need to be performed.

De-Initialization Procedure

1. Start with the ignition key in the RUN position and open one front door.

2. NOTE: Steps 2 and 3 must be performed within 8 seconds.

Turn the ignition key from OFF to RUN 5 times.

3. Press the window control switch to the one-touch DOWN position (second detent) and release.

WARNING: Keep objects and body parts clear of the glass panel when carrying out the initialization procedure. During the initialization procedure, the glass panel closes with high force and cannot detect objects in its path. Failure to follow this instruction may result in serious personal injury.

4. Start with the ignition key in the OFF position and with the LF/RF door open.

5. Turn the ignition key to the ON position.

6. Activate and hold the window control switch in the one-touch DOWN position (second detent) until the window glass stalls for 2 seconds at the bottom of its travel and release the switch.

7. NOTE: After performing this step, wait a minimum of 3 seconds before operating the window control switch or ignition switch.

Activate and hold the window control switch (with no interruptions) in the one-touch UP position (second detent) until the window glass stalls for 2 seconds into the glass top run and release the switch.

8. Verify correct operation of the window by carrying out the one-touch up and one-touch down features. If the window does not operate correctly, carefully repeat this procedure.

Just tried this 3 separate times and got nothing.

Can someone define "RUN position"? Is this actually turning the key completely so the engine cranks over and starts? Or is this the position before cranking it over?

If thats the case then ill try again tomorrow.

The run position is the last position before the engine cranks. Is the normal position the key is in when the vehicle is running.

I know what you mean. Sometimes the directions are hard to understand and they aren't always written for someone who has never done it, unlike a technician who understands the ins and outs of Ford's instructions.
