I have a 2011 Ford Expedition 5.4L, 3.31 axle and 96000 miles.
Typically I change my oil every 6000 miles and am never more than a quart low at the change.
This last time though, yesterday, I was 3 quarts low. I've been towing a lot this summer.
Has anyone experienced increased oil consumption during towing?

I didn't notice any additional oil consumption when I tow. I think 3 quarts low is a lot. You should check
your oil every 500 to 1000 miles and fill it back up when necessary. Towing with low oil is never a good thing. I would also check to make sure your not leaking oil from somewhere. Good luck.

I can't find a PCV Valve listed for my Expedition at NAPA, Rock Auto, or Auto Zone.
Does it not have one?

Replace the PCV and see if it improves
I would use a quart between changes. I changed PCV and now about half that. Non-USA, Ford vehicles use 5w30. The 5w20 is for fuel mileage requirements. 5w30 might be better for towing.

Auto Zone shows a PCV1183DL for the 2011. Couldn't find it on rockauto. You might want to pull the existing valve and grab the part number to find the original part number and look that up.
