On 2007+ models the folding mirrors are part of the memory seat/steering column/power mirrors/adjustable pedals package. They are controlled by the Driver Seat Module (DSM). I am not aware of anyone who's successfully retrofitted memory seats into a 2007+ truck that did not have them. If anyone knows of a successful case, please let me know!
