There isn't a relay to be changed. You need to use Forscan or take it to a dealer to have bulb out warnings turned off

That's my impression too. Forscan is free software. I think I paid $20 for a ODB2 interface for my laptop.

I've not disabled hyperflash as have conventional bulbs n the rear. I did, however, turn on Daylight Running Lights (DRL).

An online Ford dealer lists a standard Ford flasher/relay for the 2016 Expedition.

I don't know if the site is correct or not but if Ford hasn't relocated it from earlier models it will be between the main light switch and steering column behind the lower dash panel. It should have a black plastic cover over the relays that will need to be removed. Pull the relay up to remove while holding the bracket if possible. The bracket breaks easy so be careful.
Once you find it you will wonder what dumb azz put it in that location.

Mitchell 1 is showing the turn/hazards being controlled with FET's by the bcm. So it probably is electronic control now.

Yup, returned mine the other day after I was told at dealership the relay is now part of a computer module and the novitas are useless
