Definitely antenna coming from sides. There is a wire going up to rear view/headliner. From outside there is what looks like a camera lense

I was looking at wrong box. I unplugged and plugged back in. 25° is too cold to spray a hose so I'll have to wait for tomorrow afternoons snowstorm. Thanks for the help. I'll keep you posted.

Ok... Mine is identical to yours. If I unplug module on windshield will the intermittent work as I expect it to?

With rain sensing there is no "timed" intermittent like a GM style wiper per Ford. The hash marks before low are for how sensitive you want it to sense water. I never tried unplugging the module but if that makes it work like a timed system let me know. Otherwise be sure to turn them off when expecting snow or frost. They are not supposed to sense on a restart w/o switch off on but mine seem to start unexpectedly.

Mine are working on a timed intermittent (GM style) with the module unplugged. Conveniently, it all goes back together to LOOK normal and be unplugged

Update: I got my face and fingers right up in there and discovered that the sensor eye(?) wasn't lined up with the lense(?) on the windshield. Everything works as it should right now.
