Including skidplates, 18" wheels and A/T tires?
You can get aftermarket skid plates that are probably easily bolt on and probably better than factory after a little while. New production year after market stuff like this usually takes a little while but I’m betting it won’t be too long. As for the tires and wheels I’m in the same boat as you as the Navigator I ordered has 22 inch wheels but I’d rather have a dedicated set for more rugged driving.

Order banks open January 17 I believe, scheduling a month later, producting a month after that in March.

Any news on whether they will change anything? Like adding colors or wheel options for 2019? Or will it be a complete carryover?

Nothing that I’ve read or seen, only speculating.

So let’s say production begins at the end of March/beginning of April to be conservative. It’ll most likely take another 3 months before that vehicle actually arrives at the dealer which brings us to around July. That sounds about right and it’s still a long ways away.
