If you changed out air shocks to conventional coil springs, you can easily do this job. Figure 2+ hours per side or less. you'll need the Ford ball joint tool, it's about $75 at Harbor Freight. It's a little trickier with 4WD but still only about a 6 pack job ha ha..

You can borrow the ball joint tool from Oreillys/ auto zone. Use the $75.00 for parts/alignment. It's not a tool you'll use anytime soon.

Why dont you buy a complete kit at eBay?

I ordered it also and a local garage here in Germany did the job very well. 200 the parts and again 200 for the change of all.

Is that the same quality as the ACDelco ones?

2 of these front lower ball joints: ACDelco 45D2314 (OEM part number 19144071) http://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=950599&cc=1411119 $33.79 each and then
1 ACDelco 45D1091 (OEM part number 19238151) Professional complete arm with ball joint front left upper, w/auto adjusting suspension http://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=1393665&cc=1411119 $183.79 and
1 ACDelco 45D1090 (OEM part number 19238150) Professional complete arm with ball joint right left upper, w/auto adjusting suspension http://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=1393783&cc=1411119&jsn=528 $183.79?
So the total for parts is: $435.16 +S&H and possible sales tax.

Looks like your ebay parts are for the standard suspension. Although I got rid of the air suspension, don't I have to buy the parts that would fit the the air suspension model?
