My 06 is shaking almost feels like about to stall but only at stops if I'm driving it's normal. Only happens after a 10 minute drive. Recently it rained and maybe water got into spark plug well. What do you guys think? Should I remove coils and try to dry them out with compressed air? Or could it be something else?

Pull codes first see if you have a misfire that at least will tell you which cylinder is the trouble. Then pull the coil and see if it is wet.

Could be what 03 exp stated. What is sounds like is a typical vacuum leak/lean misfire. The reason you don't notice the roughness for the first 10 minutes is your vehicle has a richer mixture on startup, and leans out after say 3-5 minutes, especially in colder weather. When you have a cracked hose, or leaking intake gasket somewhere the shaking will always get worse as engine warms. As stated before water dousing these engines is never a good thing. Keep us posted what you find.
