Not exactly I have a 2011, but you wouldn't know that I forgot to post that (I thought it was in my sig)
I "think" its MOTORCRAFTKH557{#BL1Z18472A} HVAC Heater Hose Assembly INLET
I just wanted some verification before ordering, I'm away from my shop at the moment so I don't access to all my normal resources.
I think this can also be changed with no tools which is nice, since I'm traveling.

Changed mine in the hotel parking lot when I was out of town....most dealerships keep that hose only in stock...so chances are good the dealership were you are has one. Good Luck!

Just a note - when you remove the old and lay it next to the new one, you'll notice the new one is much longer where the old one connects back at the firewall. Original hose connects to a short extension piece that you can't really see. The new part also replaces this mysterious extension. You can leave the extension but the new assembly won't look or fit very nice.

Mine was from Amazon for $46
Motorcraft KH-509 HVAC Heater Hose Assembly

I did use my plastic sleeve/coupler disconnect tools - common on fuel lines, HVAC lines, etc. But I don't know that I exactly needed those tools, they were just handy. Most auto part stores will have these sleeves.

I replaced mine with a generic T and some hose clamps from the parts store. Probably $8-$10 and total of 20 minutes. Just be sure to get all the crumbling pieces of plastic out by holding the open end down so they don’t make it into the cooling system.

I am pretty sure there are some YouTube videos on how to do this.
