It's called a "Body Side Molding." I'm pretty sure all these trim moldings are sold with black primer applied, ready to paint. They don't list different part numbers for different colors:

https://www.tascaparts.com/auto-par...-engine/body-cat/exterior-trim-rear-door-scat

"Black textured finish" is a molding for the base "XL" model that comes with a black lower body wrap. All other moldings are intended to be painted.

PS Nice wheels! I ran the same Eddie Bauer 18-inch wheels on my 2009 EL XLT with my Summer tires. It came with 17's.

I believe the trim codes are on the label just behind and below the front door opening. Interesting that you have a 2-tone paint scheme? I've only seen that on Eddie Bauer and XLT Premium trucks, and the contrast color was always a medium brown.

Well, your truck doesn't look "standard" for a 2007 XLT. According to the sales brochure, XLT came with black textured (i.e. unpainted) lower body trim but the wheel arch moldings were painted body color. Eddie Bauer models had "Pueblo Gold" painted wheel arch moldings and lower body trim. Limited models got body-colored trim and moldings (i.e. "monochromatic" which became on option on later XLT trucks but not for 2007).

In later years, they added a "King Ranch" model that had, in some cases, a "Caribou" dark brown lower body trim. The photo you posted almost looks like that. But, that wasn't available in 2007.

PS Have your paint guy check the Ford exterior paint swatch samples. If your truck did have a factory color on the lower part, it looks like it might be Silver Birch Clearcoat Metallic. Also check Carbon Clearcoat Metallic and Pueblo Gold Clearcoat Metallic.

If I were you I would just find your local Maaco or Earl shrive or family-owned paint shop and have them repaint them all one color probably less headache you would probably get the color and finish that you wanted
