I went into the BCM module (726-45-01) and changed the hex values according to the calculator. I was off by 2 mph before the change and I am still off by 2 mph. Is there something else that must be done to make that change work?

I don't know if your information has a setup section but on the school buses I worked on, we had to measure off a mile and calibrate a new speedo head through a calibration procedure. I would expect something similar.

Strange. My speedometer is off by 2 MPH too. I checked the VSS with the Forscan lite app and that is reading correct.

Success. Tested it today and it was right on. Here's what I did. Change the BCM module (726-45-01) as per the spreadsheet and calculator. Next I had to run the initialize PCM module. Just go into the PCM module and there is a line for reinitialization. It took me a while to find this. I went thru the Forscan tweaks and then went to forscan.org forums to find anything I could about speedometer. Then I found out about the initialization. I couldn't find any detail about it, so I just went into the module and there it was. By the way, the calculator was right on. Hope this helps other newbies. I'm done with the two things I wanted to change. I'll have to scan the files again to see if there is anything else that looks interesting.
