It's a JVC touchscreen that has been in there a few years. It was done at an audio shop and there's a lot of wires tied in to each other. Factory DVD, factory amp, maestro steering control, external mic, and probably more that I forgot. I have a crossover on its way that I can run from my new amp to separate signals. I'm only using one side of the amp for the subwoofer, not to mention having the crossover is a good idea anyway

Holy cow, what a mess of accident and different shops doing some, but not all things. I don't even want to stick my neck out on this one! You've got electrical, mechanical, and body alignment issues. Sounds like you had some wonky repairs done by some inexperienced techs, and I use that term loosely. Fixing your tunes at this point is your least problem. I'd fix that tire misalignment first. As Stamp stated if you've got 12 volts and ground, hooking up speakers is easy. Sorry I only have 2000 wiring schematics. You should be able to get 2004 wiring online. I recently bought a paper schematic on ebay for $8.00 you might want to do the same.
