Howdy,
I recently replaced my evap canister purge valve, and am concerned about the hose running between it and the engine. Like a number of other vacuum hoses I've already replaced, it appears to be disintegrating from the wear of time and heat. I'd like to replace it but for the life of me cannot seem to find either an assembly or correct size tubing to match. It's larger than 1/4", but I'm afraid that removing the connectors to measure will destroy a tube I'm unable to replace. So far I have no evidence it's actually leaking, and I'm afraid to mess with it too much for the same reason, but if possible I'd like to replace it anyway for good measure.
Digging around my service manual hasn't helped much either. Anyone have any ideas on the matter? Thanks for your help.
