Another discreet culprit could be the front pinion bearing. I just replaced my front pinion seal due to it leaking with the help of an experienced mech friend of mine. We pulled out the oil slinger and pinion bearing while at it to inspect and all looked good. When we put the nut back on and tightened down we noticed the yolk had an ever so slight radial wobble. We weren’t sure at the time what this would mean with the front shaft back in place or if this was acceptable. We just didn't notice this prior to taking everything apart before hand. Driving the car from about 30 mph up to highway speeds a vibration was felt through the pedals and floorboards that would increase with speed. First thought was that we didn't have the pinion nut on tight enough.

I went to the dealer to pick up a new crush sleeve and pinion seal to redo this job, and while at, I also bought a new pinion bearing that they had in stock since all of this added up to only ~$30. We redid everything, and with the replaced bearing the yolk was tight and after a test drive everything was back to normal feel.

So far so good with my BFG KO2's. 20K miles on them and still look new. Smooth riding and being a FX4 model they look more like a tire that should have been on from the factory. Went up one size to a 275x70x18 (33x11) on the stock wheels. Maybe lost 1 mpg due to the extra weight and rolling resistance. Very pleased so far!! IMG_6333.JPG

Alright been trying to narrow this problem down . So far done alignment balance and road force balance and front rotors and pads with no luck A buddy of mine owns a tire shop about an hour away so I made the drive out there since he was willing to try some Goodyears on it to see if tires were the culprit . Well NO Luck !
Next up is rear driveshaft.(will possible remove front driveshaft first to see if that’s the problem) Sitting at 62k hope that solves the vibration issue. If not off to the stealership it’s goes.

How about some diagnosis being applied before parts are thrown at it? I've yet to read where you are feeling the "vibration". In your hands or under your ass? Admittedly, I'm late to this thread and haven't read every post so if I have overstepped, my apologies.

And i have took it to a few mechanics they put it on the rack and ran diag. I’ve followed there steps with alignment balance and even took it to a different shop as the recommended it. Even tried a different set of tires and vibration still present. I feel it in center console a bit on my feet and if I rest my hand in the door panel you feel the whole cab shaking at 70 it’s fine anything after that It vibrates. You can tell the car seat sun shade shaking in the middle row.

Not really felt in the steering wheel . It’s felt more through out the cab mixture of feet center console and door panels when you rest your arm on it. When i put the Goodyear tires it was on the same factory 20” wheels it did vibrate still but idk if it was just my head it did seem to vibrate a little less felt more firm till it got up to that point of 70 mph . Yet they were used tires

I doubt your gaining on it changing to used tires with the same wheels. You might want to pull the tires off you rims and indicate the wheels at a good tire shop. You might have a bent rim. You would be better served if you did one thing at a time. It could help if you moved the tires and wheels front to back to see if the vibration moved. Something like this you have to establish a baseline and then do easy cheap stuff first. It could be very well be something easy.
