    Love the screen size. Not a big fan of how it sticks out at the top and not flush with the dash. Does that annoy you at all?

    Yeah, like @Bmac1955 said, i dont think changing octane would stop the cam phaser rattle for long. I just got the cam phasers replaced on my truck and so far its been great. Just stay on that list and get them replaced under their warranty.

    Was going to say it could be your cam phasers as that's a known issue with 2017s and up, but that may not be the issue due to you saying it sounds like it's coming from the side.

    Cam Phaser and Cat Conv Replaced

    I thought cam phasers where a recall issue, so bo matter the mileage, they were covered. No I'm not 100% sure but my 2018 Raptor has over 55k miles and I'm getting them replaced without being charged for it.

    Welcome to the forum! I bet there a ton of mechanics in your area that work on your '04. Just do a Yelp or google search for mechanics in your area a d check their reviews.
