Draining Torque Converter on a 2001, EXPY, 5.4, AWD, 4R100
I drained the transmission pan, cleaned, changed filter. I removed the bell housing plug and have the Torque Converter drain bolt in the "window". My concern is starting the engine with an empty Torque Converter, even though the transmission is full of fluid. Is this an issue? Has anyone done...- snb73

2001 AC not cold, blows through defrost under load/accelleration
I have a 2001 Expedition XLT, 5.4, AWD. If I have the AC set on console and start from a stop or going up hill (high vacuum condition) the AC blows through the defrost. This used to happen rarely but has gotten progressively worse to the point where the AC doesn't cool at all. The AC, front...- snb73

Need a center console for 2001Expy w/ bench seat
I just purchased a 2001 Expedition with a bench seat. Front storage is seriously lacking. Does anyone make an after market center console? I am hopeing to find something with a good fit and is functional too. Thanks, Steve.- snb73
