    Vent deflectors question??

I have Climair front and rear in channel style on my 2nd gen. Had them for 7 years, and they are good as new. Dont know if you have access to Climair products in USA. They are easily found in Europe, and can be had for nearly any car or truck.

    Steering Wander

Do you know if this bushing is replacable? If so, can it be done in situ, or steering rack has to be removed? Edit: did you perhaps mean the mounting bushing?

    '03 Eddie Bauer brakes shudder?

No extra wear on tires. When checking front suspension I felt just a hair of movement in lower balljoint. They had been there in 190 000 km, so better just change them, and that also removed brake shudder as an extra bonus.

    Rear window weather stripping

Pretty easy. I removed weather stripping, and bent the pinch with a small plier all around. This made the weather stripping seal a little better against window, and no more leaks.

    Front end annoying clunking noise

There is a locking nut in front of the pinion, right in front of cross member. Loosen lock nut, and CAREFULLY tighten nut inside. Maybe just 1/8 turn. Too much and steering will be stiff, and might loose self centering. Space is tight behind cross member, so might need to loosen outer tie rods...

I have had a clunking sound from front end for a while. Changed upper and lower control arms, outer tie rods, stabilizer bar bushings, stabilizer links, hubs and alignment two times. Inner tie rods are fine. Last inspection said I have play in steering rack, and for sure there is where the...

Tan Running Boards - How to clean?

Apply parafine/lamp oil with sponge or sprayer. Let work for 5 minutes, and scrub with one of those small sponges with a rough side. Cost is next to nothing, and very effective. Lamp oil is very effective on paint also, but will strip any wax.

Headlights - low beam with high beam

On my Expedition low beams go with high beams. Is this how its done from factory, or did a previous owner some tricks? Inside of headlights has some spiderweb crackings, so I wonder if that is because of to much heat from low and high beams at same time. Bulbs are normal wattage. Thank you
