    I will have to check the control arm bushings. The vibration does not affect the steering, you can just feel it in the steering wheel, foot pedals, and just all round in the front of the truck. I have Cooper AT3's on mine (4yers now) I absolutely love them.

    My 05 Expy Limited has been throwing me the message that I have a Tire pressure fault. Is there a sure fire way to determine which one it is? My Expy only tells me that there is a low tire, not the location. Thanks for any info.

    New Expy Timberline

    Is there anyplace on the forum that is keeping tabs on the Expedition Timberline due for 2022? From photo's I've seen, its not looking too bad. In my opinion, it could use more lift and lockers all the way around, and get rid of at least one of them moon roofs.

    I'm in the same boat as you, Dmpsix. My 05 will be turning over to the 200K soon. The list of issues probably outweigh its worth. But then, you hear and read of the doom and gloom in the truck market (especially new), with the chip shortage.

    I finally had a chance to put my code reader (Centech, not sure of model at this moment), and of course, it would not detect a code associated with this. Its not concerning me too much. The error message only comes on every time it is started.

    Thanks for all the info, everyone. A few years back, I had new tires put on, and the dudes at Belle Tire said one or two of them were bad, as they could not get the cores out with out destroying the sensors. I'm going to have to go back and look at my receipt to see how many were replaced...

    How about this, which I haven't seen yet...a while back, my 05 Expy displayed the same symptoms. Turns out it was the fuel pump driver module. Its a computer thats mounted on the frame rail, I think in front of the left rear wheel. This is one of Fords better ideas as a place to put this...

    I think, what I'm going to do, since the lines are bad, going to cut them off near radiator, use the tool designed to remove the lines again and hopefully get somewhere with out having to replace the radiator. If I can accomplish that, move on to the brakes! I started the process of removing...

    I just saw your post, Trainmaster about flaring the line, I was going to inquire about that. Seems to me, when I worked in a garage 30 years ago, we did that a few times for a quick repair. We use special rubber line, specifically for trans fluid. Don't recall ever having any complaints...

    How does the switch assembly actually come off the steering wheel? I have a 2005 Expy Limited where I have the same issues with the cruise.
