    getting banged up

    4x4 indicator light

    i have a 2000 expo i see when i start the truck there is a low range light.is this light suppose to come on when i engage the 4x4 in low range,the only light i get is the 4x4 light in both ranges(hi & low):confused:

    testing coil pack

    got a 2000 expy 4.6 developed a bad miss in the engine also the service engine light came on .how do i test the coil pack to see if it's good.i only have 55,000 miles and it's been running great before it started to miss.:confused: :shootout:

    AMP install

    can a amp be installed to the factory radio.my stereo says premium on the speaker cover.if that means anything.ordered 4 6.5" speakers should be here this later this week.think amp should spice things up. :rockband:

    key won't program

    made 2 dupl. keys .cannot program them to car .i did follow directions from manual.tried a few times.any suggestions besides the dealer.had them make the secound key 80.00.

    got hit

    a snow plow hit my truck while parked on the street.damage not to severe.just a rear tail light.luckily my wife was just passing by when it happen.she got all the info needed.i hope they(the city)don't take to long to pay.:shootout:

    body mods

    i just recently got my 2000 expedition XLT.i've done the basic body mods window visors,hood deflecter,slotted tail light cover,i've seen rear wing by keystone.looks better then the aerowing by GTS.anybody use the rear wing? how did it fit?

    i've got a 2000 XLT with a 4.6 i would like to get more power out of it.has anybody done anything and gotten good results.i've found headers and cat back exhaust system,air intake,throttle body,throttle body spacer.i will proberly start with the cat back system and air intake.any input...
