    Pressing the brake lights up the 3rd and the driver's side. Same with the hazards. Pretty good with electric stuff, just need to be pointed in the right direction. Have the tools.

    is it while driving? Like cruising speed? check out the exhaust feedback sensor. Usual culprit for our engines and a miss at speed.

    Just drop the column and inspect it. It's super easy. 4 bolts and you're there. I think I even put a how-to together on one of my threads. I had to do it this summer. Plan on a half hour or so.

    Roll under the dash and check the shifter where it connects to the cable. There are also two brass bolts, make sure those are tight.

    definitely check the cables going to the starter. These things are notorious for corroding up. It's a great recipe to kill a starter, make starting slow and just all around frustrating.
