you can tell them that you don't want it slanted since these are built to order. I didn't realize that it would hit the wiper or I would have made it straight.- Jailguard

I think they slanted it to carry the weight of the larger tires. Not sure if it will hold a 37 thats a big tire.- Jailguard

It will be holding a 285/70 17 Nitto Terra Grappler. With the spare relocated there should be room to fabricate a mount behind the bumper. I am thinking of adding a second fuel tank in that spot.- Jailguard
